30 -Minute Crisis Support Session

This service is for all existing clients who may be experiencing a crisis and would like a same day appointment. To request this appointment, send message directly to your therapist in the portal for availability.

This free 15 minute service is available for all prospective clients who would like to talk to a therapist before scheduling an appointment. The purpose of this service is to determine if SBHC is a good fit. Feel free to call or email us for your free consultation.
